GPS Signal Lost

There is widespread speculation that Garmin, the worldwide leader in GPS navigation and fitness devices has suffered a Ransomware attack.

Garmin's website is reporting:
"We are currently experiencing an outage that affects and Garmin Connect. This outage also affects our call centers, and we are currently unable to receive any calls, emails or online chats. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and apologize for this inconvenience."

Speculation is that Garmin has been attacked by Evil Corp with a relatively new strain of Ransomware named WastedLocker. The sources reporting this information are reliable. As seen at:
